Keeping up with the deluge of health reform regulations and requirements makes it easy to overlook a fundamental fact: Health reform directly impacts your plan enrollees, and how they react directly impacts your plan. Do you know what your enrollees are planning to do? Do they know what you are planning to do? If health reform confuses you, imagine how your enrollees must feel. They are about to be bombarded by messages from private exchanges, public exchanges, navigators, and brokers. What are they hearing from you? In this webinar, we will explain how to establish two-way communication with your enrollees; what you want to communicate; and what you want to learn from them. Don’t overlook this key facet of health reform planning and preparation.
