There is lots of interesting information, and an historical perspective that is very helpful. Some of the more interesting tidbits: 6% of firms offering fully-insured plans report that they intend to self-insure because of the ACA; Family premiums now exceed $16k; and Medical inflation may be rearing its ugly head again.
