We have exciting news to share with you.

For more than 33 years, Health Decisions, Inc. has successfully helped employers, trusts, plan fiduciaries, and health payers reduce wasteful expenditures with our cost-containment services. We recently made a decision to transfer the assets of our Dependent Eligibility Audit (DEA) and other eligibility verification services to Part D Advisors, Inc. (PDA).

PDA is an experienced administrative firm with an outstanding reputation. They’re the country’s largest administrator of Medicare’s Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) program, so like us, they’re experts at handling enrollment data. And like us, their data is stored and backed-up in a Michigan-based data center with compliance ratings of SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3.

The experienced Health Decisions DEA team, proprietary software, and our proven approach – which made us the premiere enrollment verification business in the country – will now be under the PDA umbrella. Likewise, our in-house expert Call Center, one of our service differentiators, will remain Michigan-based.

Synergies from the combination of both organizations will set a new level of service for the benefits eligibility marketplace. DEA clients will continue to achieve exceptional response rates and high ROIs, which are the hallmark of Health Decisions’ dependent verification services.

It’s important to note that our two other lines of business, Claims Audits and Routine Plan Monitoring (RPM), will continue under Health Decisions and the direction of Si and his team.

To learn more about PDA, check out www.PartDAdvisors.com. We strongly believe PDA is a quality organization and will continue to focus on the same Health Decisions objectives that we’ve established with you over the years.
